MTC Website Issue

Hi, I thought of putting my suggestion/complaint on MTC website. But surprisingly, the "Submit" button is not working!!! I was expecting late responses or no response, after I submit, but this was least expected. Maybe this is the way to reduce the count of incoming complaints. Pathetic...
