Dear Sir/Madam,
The MTC bus M49, TN-01 5871 driver who was driving the bus on 3rd dec was not stopping the bus at most of the designated stops. He didn't stop even at the origin Thiruvanmiyur depot, people ran and climbed into the bus.
The bus conductor was trying to make him stop the bus from time to time but he was not listening much. The bus left the thiruvanmiyur bus depot at 10:30 (approx).
It is sad to see that mtc has no dedicated place to raise and track complaints. This is a serious issue the bus driver is not driving for his pleasure, this is public transport meant for public usage. If he doesn't stop how can people get in!!!
