2 Years back mw and my sister had done a booking for a plot with M-Tech Builders for Neemrana... through Hot Properties (Mr Anuj Chuhan) Axiom dealers... after 1/ half years I was we came to know that M-Tech has done some fraud in some cases... through electronic media...
I had then searched on google also to find out some reviews about M-Tech... also enquired with the dealer and was told that M-Tech has not acquired land and hence the money would be returned back within one week...
For 2 years our hard earned money was stuck... and now the dealer issued an NOC... stating that he has nothing to take or give to us an nithing to do also... At the time of booking he assured us of the property and now telling us to claim ourselves...
Gone to Ashram where the M-Tech office is... given the necessary papers for refund and was told by the executive that the money would be refunded is 15 days max... after 15 days was told 1 month due to ressestion... and then was told to collect a certificate assuring of payment after 3 or 4 months...
Basically I think we and all the innocent people like us are taken for a ride always... and cheated...
Please provide help... so that we get our money back and action is taken against the property dealer and the builder...
