I had booked 2 plots in Camelia Garden II of this fraud M.Tech Builders. They kept hanging over for 2 years and whenever I asked for details, they said that the papers are still in process.
Finally to my surprise, none of the people from company are picking up phone.
Whenever you go to company, there are 14-15 people for refunds or have come as their cheques have bounced.
There is a group in google which is made by people who are suffering from fraud of this builder

I have given them surrender, but till now I have not got receiving or a date when my refund would be made. Neither the project will come, nor am I getting any particular date for refund.
The builder should pay atleast 12% interest for the period he has kept money.
