Oadband dead

My MTNL Delhi Number is 25010779 at Najafgarh, New Delhi-43 . Since May, 09, my broadband is not working properly. I have submit so many complaints to 1500, 197, 198 and other IVRS of MTNL Delhi, but no action has been taken till date.

Please refund the rent being charged since May, 09 on account of Broadband connection since MTNL failed to provide the services since May, 09.The officials of MTNL DELHI only enquires on telephone whether the broadband is working and when we say that it is not working soon they down the receiver.

Please do the needful and take speedy action against the official of MTNL Delhi
