I Dheeraj Saini is a Employee of Mirco Dynamics and currently using internet service of MTNL Plan : 256Kbps on phone no.27552209 for around 3 months on my Office Address, earlier the services were not satisfactory but since last 1 month they have become worse which has caused me and my company a lot of problems.
The speed as my plan should be 256 Kbps, but the net is not linked properly on a whole day.
The complaints regarding there matter the executive of the toll free no. 1504 many times by me but this problem is not resolved. Sometimes they ask me to contact the area manager who most of the times doesn't picks the phone.
