MTNL and Aksh Optic Fibre - icontrol
Set top Box Not Installes and The company is not refunding the Security Deposit Cheque

Hi,

I paid the security cheque for Installing icontrol- (Sponsored by MTNL and Aksh Optic) on 2nd Februrary 2009.

Since then i am making a request on the Customer Care No 26990009 for the installation of the facility.

Now the Customer care executives are not lodging my complaint for the cancellation and refund of the security deposit and also not giving me the request no of the complaint nor they are installing set top box. Since 1st March Customer Care executive provides me a feedback that technician will visit your place. But till now no intimation is received from the company.
