Non working of broadband

please note that our phone no is 27381240 on which braodband was not working from 21-8 to14-9-08 we have made several coplaints in our local area s.d.o Mr. ganesh Dutt &office of Sh. A.P Sing C.P but they will say that if you are not happy with the conection you will disconnect your connection after many calls our complaint will be solved on 15-9-08. We request you not sent the bill of Broadband for these days for which bradband is not working. Hope you read this msg atleast.
