Dear Sir,

Its to infrom you, that i have a broadband connection (27851514). which doesnt works more than 20 days in a month. After every two days i have to complaint which takes 3-4 working days to resolve. Everytime the peoples said this is the last time in future you will not face any problem. Please have a look of this to resolve it permanently.
