Frequent Disconnect

I am consumer of MTNL Broadband serivce and am facing lot of service problem from them in Mumbai. I am an engineering student and require internet for myt studies' research and provision. But I am facing a problem of Frequent Disconnection and hence cannot avail the same. I have complained for the same a number of times. I've faced this same problem in may which was only solved after more than 50days. Now again i am facing the same and again its been over 15days to my first complaint. The main problem is they register my complain once and it seems they dont forward it and when i ask them to register a new complaint they refuse saying the last is still pending. Also wen i ask to speak to superior or area incharge they provide me with all together different phone numbers. I am not able to find a way to get my job done and also i want to now file a case against them for lack of proper service and refusal to register my complaint. I hope some1 wud/cud help me serve them.
