Not Getting Speed As Per Plan

VERY SLOW SPEED

i am using TriB_Combo_Unlimitedv2 plan .my phone number is 011-25333297 . my broadband speed should be 256 kbps.

my downloading speed become very slow reduced from 200 kbps to 20 kbps since last one and a half month .i have done many complaints on 1504 and numerous e-mails, but my downloading speed is not increasing. even though mtnl's employee are help less to me.

please any body help me for this problem . i will be greatfull to him.
