I have subscribed to MTNL TriB Combo connection. In May my Broadband connection was out of service for 15 days. During this period i submitted numerous complaints through the IVR complaint service as well as to MTNL cust care employees but to no avail. Calls to the Vasant Vihar SDO (never to be found in office) and JTO were never attended. Finally i had to skip office and visit Vasant Vihar exchange personally. The SDO Vijender Singh was not in office, i met the JTO Virender Singh and put up my complaint. Inspite of his assurance no action was taken and net reamained down. Alas i had no option but to visit the exchange again personally. Again the SDO was not in office (as usual). Again the JTO assured me that net would be rectified in next 12 Hrs. However it took another 48 Hrs for my Broadband service to be fuctional. The entire period exceeded 15 days. Now after a gap of about a week my Broadband is again down for the last five days. Again the same vicious cycle of complaints and customer care reps, all to no avail. I wonder what it will take to finally shake MTNL out of its slumber and deliver results. The only thing they seem to be prompt at is sending your phone bills in time (that too mostly inflated). If somebody from MTNL is reading this than pl get my Broadband rectified ASAP.
