Hi,
I am also suffering from poor quality MTNL broadband connectiton. It's very unstable, I have logged thousands of complaints... my number is 24122108... everytime they say they will check the line and sometime one stupid person comes to my place... open browser couple of time and report it as hardware problem. I am myself working in telecom company and understand all about networks but these MTNL guys think, they know everything.
