Inspite of repeated reminders and complaints, the MTNL Broadband service has failed to respond appropriately or even attempt to correct the problem. They easily blame 10 other branches and give you 20 other numbers to call on, but in the end, inspite of reaching out to all these parties, you remain exactly where you are - NET NOT WORKING! And this, for 2 months and counting.
What a ridiculous service - of a Government company! Are we proud or what!
