I regret to bring to your kind notice, my sad experience with getting an

MTNL internet connection installed at my home.

I had registered for an MTNL Broadband connection on 13 January.

After making repeated phone calls, i got the connection installed on 25th

February.(i.e. after more than a month)

Then on 10th March, the connection got disconnected.

From that day onwards till today, nothing has been done about it.

I have made many complaints but the internet connection has not been

restored.

When called, the reply I get from the official is, "i dont know when ur

problem will be solved. Im not a docter. Dont call me again and again"

I have'nt even used the internet for two weeks.

Please look into the matter and arrange to get the internet restored at

the earliest.

I would also like to khow wheather the monthly charges towards the

internet connection would be proportionately discounted for the no. of

days the internet was not working.
