MTNL (Broadband)
Not get MTNL Broadband connection yet

I have register with MTNL on 15/5 for plan Tri B Combo unlimited. I got the telephone connection on 18/5 but, till now i did'nt get the broadband connection. They told me that they don't have port for the broadband connection.

Is there any way to i get all the paid amount refund.
