DEAR I am using mtnl broadband my tel no, is 011-29531904
I am tired from last 2 months from the date of installation of my broadband I am not be able to see my a/c usage on my p.c. I had a talk with customer care which is very tough job to connect with mtnl customer care at 1504 however i call at night at 12.30 or 1.00am nigh then it has connect but not any response today one executive pick the phone and like he is sleeping he was not talk with me properly and not taken any response you can check out that executives duty I had a call on 12.40 A.M. at night
how I will be satisfy I dont know??? /
and I dont know where all the senior executive are sleeping??? of mtnl. why they are not taken any response against any complaint why always his customer care busy.
this is not good shine for a reputed company like mtnl.
