My MTNL Broadband is not working since last one year and there is no responce from any body in MTNL. You try to contact area manager, general manager etc etc and every one responds saying that it will be looked into. Most surprising is that fault booked on computer recorded or at 1504 is noy attended for months or gets cancelled. I don't now how to get something done. If anybody has any idea please help.
