I am just fed up

i applied for wifi service

sir sdo came today he installed that wifi his name was mr.sharma from sector 6 rohinihe brought that wi fi it was not seal packed i asked about the box why is this not seal packed he said that you gave me the box of old modem then i will give you this was his reply and he gave me only charger and modem.

this is not at all correct and the main thing it is not working i called him on his mobile and told him to come back and see it he told i wont come this is not my work J E will come and see the problemthis is the way your mtnl workers worki want a strict action towards him and my mobile number is 9818848505
