Sub – Excess billing of Broad band

Sir,

As I have talked to your office today on phone and I was directed to write an application and Fax & mail the same, this is to request you that I have MTNL connection (29532912) with Broad band plan – 199. Last month I used not more then hundred MB, but I had to pay a bill of Rs- 817.09 for Broad band only, which too much. I was told to pay the bill and then complaint about this. I have paid the bill. Yesterday I for the first time in November I used net at about 8 p.m. for half an hour approx. I do not have printer. I hardly have open ten to fifteen pages. When I talked to 1504, they told me that net was used for that period-182 MB. I can not understand this. He was not able to understand and reply. I am told that net was used on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th 13th and on 19th. I was out of Delhi till 10th Nov. Kindly lock the net immediately and enquire about. How net can be used when I am out of Delhi.

Wires are hanging in my block. There is no DP. I have earlier also requested to have DP to MTNL.

It is not possible for me to pay Rs- 1698 every month, without using net.

Kindly solve my problem, other wise I have to shift from MTNL connection to some other.
