Mtnl connection not working properly

Hi sir,

This s ravish here i have a mtnl broadband connection from last 2 month my internet is not working properly and nobody attend my complaints i have complained regarding my internet problem so many times but no responce from your side i am paying my bill on time than what is the problem from your side i don't know. Please rectify my problem if possible otherwise i have to go in the consumer court.please take immidiate action
