Dear Sir,
My MTNL Broadband connection is not working. I had complaint about the connection not working on Friday 14th November there after on 15th November but of no use. Then I had complaint on Sunday 16th November and I was told my connection has been disconnected for 02 Months without information.
I have been paying broadband bills for 02 months, but was not using the connection as my computer was not working.
But to my surprise according to the staff they dont have any information and also why my earlier complaints have been cleared without any information in the log history.
