I am Attaching history of Mail send to MTNL Dolphin helpdesk ID. Its useless customer care as well as useless email ID .
Its Been now almost a month . nothing has been done with regards to network problem . why should i pay bill to MTNL??? you can see i have mailed on this ID in 10 feb . but till today no body is bothered to reply.

As per the feedback from the customer care my request C090270184 has been closed without solving the problem . it was expected . its not new for me . how complaint can b e closed without asking the customer?? i have not recieved any call from the dolphin wheather problme has been resolved or not???
any way i will keep on complaining my new request C090273846. i m doughfull any body is working there on the issue . there is no reply to my previous mail. I am not going to pay for this pathetic service.

After so many complaint requests & even to mail on the same ID regarding to Network problem, I am feded up now. I don’t know why I am using this pathetic service. I don’t think any body is working on complaints . for the formality purpose one complaint number assign & without solving the problem after some period complaint will be closed. This what generally MTNL officers does.

It’s a shame thing for MTNL besides to Millenium business park very close to my office there is MTNL exchage . within IT park network problem occurs . then no need to tell about rest of area. I know there is no use to write on this mail ID as till today I mailed on the same id but no response. I don’t think this helpdesk ID is monitored by some body. I need grevience cell else appetent authority mail ID
Hope government (TRAI) implement number portability system very soon, so that I can change service provider immediately.
