please check my call record of my telephone no 23360073 dated 15/03 from 11.35 to 12.45 how many calls I called to 1500 for extension of my broadband connection from combo plan to unlimited hours, when I called to 1500 ist dial 1 (hindi) then 0 to customer care executive every time they switch on the system and no response from their side similarly today i.e. 16.3.09 I again call to 1500 between 21.20 to 21.30 same time of position is happening.
Now I want to ask is this the way to dealt with customer, who wants to get the facility of mtnl by giving PAYMENT. Why you recruited this type of non professional person to your call center, who does have any temperament to talk with the customer.
I want immediate reply from your side to resolve the problem
