iam a user of mtnl broadband since past one year.my number is 01125336118.I have taken the unlimited download plan of mtnl and according to the plan i must get 2mbps download speed but am not getting the same.am getting speed of 15 kbps which is very very slow.a lot of complaints have been registerd but no actions have been taken to cure the problem.we have been harassed by this a lot of times as it takes a lot of time to work on internet.
kindly look into our matter.
