Sub.: Complaint for faulty telephone/ Boradband No. 22621736
This is to inform you that I am availing your telephone and broadband facility at above said number since last one year. Initially I was satisfied with the service provided by your organisation as my phone/ broadband was working properly. However I am struggling a lot since last 15 days with your organisation to get repair of my faulty telephone/ broadband. I have contacted to the person deputed to attend call in following manner:

I do not understand how much time your organisation takes in repairing faulty broadband, which is not working since last 15 days. I am suffering a lot as I have looses substantial amount due to non working of my broadband connection. Please depute any professional qualified person, who can sincerely resolve the problem I am facing from non-cooperative staff, employed in this MTNL office.
