My land line phone not working scince two and half month

Hi, My landline phone no. 0114624358260 is not working since two and half month somany time comlaint to office in nizamuddin but they are not taken any action, my buseness also efect from this acttualy this is my very old number and two and half month is very long period so i m disconecting from my custoomers.so kindly help me and give me advise what i willbe do.
