I am a customer of MTNL broadband Internet and have been using it from last few months. From 11th January my Internet is not working. As i was not been able to put a complaint on saturday & sunday, i filed a complaint on monday, on the phone numbers provided to me.(Complaint no.-41100008, for your ref.) with a reply that i will be heard in next 24 hrs, i would like to inform you that i never heard from those people after that.
I have been talking to a man regularly on this matter daily and he keeps on telling me, " today i will definietle send a lineman to check things" but that lineman also never came to check. (ph. no's - 25074041, 25074040), these were the numbers where i spoke with this man. And sometimes twice-thrice a day.
I kept on postponing urgent work of mine day after day, that what if lineman came when i am not at home. But i was such a fool to waste my time thinking that they will send somebody.
Finally on Satuday (19th January) i took number of some head person of the region, with a hope that he will understand my problem and will help me out. The person (MR CHOPRA) satisfied me over the phone that it will be done in hours. Its already 3 days after that and its not done till yet. Now, from morning i am trying Mr Chopra's mobile number, but either he's not picking or attending my call.
I am paying a monthly rental of Rs 399/- for internet connection. Please tell me why are they charging a monthly rental if they cannot help their customers.
I am a working professional and have taken broadband internet connection because i need to do my official work at home also, but i am not being able to do my work.
I am really pissed off now by the, Behaviour..Poor services... lack of customer relation capabilities... of the MTNL people, and have contacted you.
Hoping to get a positive reply and action from your side now, keeping in mind that you can surely provide justice, after when i feel cheated by them.
