My land line is dead for last 7 days, and every time i make an internet complaint, i get a docket number and the complaint remians unsolved. When i track the compaint status as per the docket number, the docket number vanishes... It goes on for last 7 days. It is belapur MTNL branch. Every time when i call complaint registering telephone number it is always busy.
