Always we receive the bills after due date, thus we have to collect the duplicate bills from MTNL local office prior to due date and we always pay our bill via CITIBANK online payment system before due date.
After all efforts to pay the bill before due date, MTNL block all out going call or disconnects all phone lines, when we ask them about the problem they tell us that they have not yet received our payment and if we have done the payment then we should produce the proof.
From last 4 month we are submitting the proof to reconnect the phone lines.

We have send many complaints to MTNL but have never received any feedback from them.
I just have one question, if we don't pay the bill in time we have to pay penalty and when MTNL is not giving proper service why cant we impose some penalty on them.
We have lost many new clients because they cant trust the companies whose phone line goes out of service every month. WILL MTNL PAY FOR THIS LOSS.
