This is regarding a new connection of MTNL-COMBO Broadband Connection.
I applied for this connection on December 27 as per the application form below for the same connection and also paid Rs.1000/- for the same.
I did not receive the connection till date. I visited Mira Road MTNL office Multiple Time and called them also, but no Result.
I would like to request you to forward this complain to the highest level of MTNL so that they also can understand “Why they are loosing customer day by day? ”
