MTNL DELHI/ BROADBAND
Broadband connection not working

I am holding a mtnl broadband connection on mtnl no. 01127296976.

I have logged the complaint on 1504 about the non working of broadband (complaint no . 41000025).

Description of problem :

Voice path of the connection is ok but data path is not OK.

LED status on modem UT-300R2U IS AS BELOW:

POWER LED - ON

LINK LED - OFF

DATA LED - OFF

PC/USB - ON.

I request you to take prompt action on this as early as possible
