i got mtnl braodband connection in march. The plan specifies the speed of downloading and surfing which starts from 256kbps to 1mbps. I never get speed that specified speed, right now i am getting 20-25kbps downloading speed which is far away from the specified speed. while i start downloading surfing is either blocked or very slow.
I am pursuing mca and my requirment is that i always use online tutorial which helps in my studies, that's why i applied for the broadband connection, which is useful for it. the speed which i am getting is very slow for online studies.
I have registered complain several times but they are ignoring my problems.
