MY BRODBAND CONNECTION 27859529 IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, MTNL LINEMAN SAYS IT IS VIRUS PROBLEM AND CLOSED THE CALL. BUT MY COMPUTER IS COMPLETELY PROTECTED WITH VIRUS . ALSO MTNL IS NOT ABLE TO RUN INTERNET ON SOME OTHER COMPUTER AS WELL.
CAN MTNL NAME THE VIRUS SO THAT I CAN SEND THE REQUEST TO QUICKHEAL TO FIND OUT THE SOLUTION..
TO MY SURPRISE MTNL LINEMAN IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH ANY ANTIVIRUS BUT HE CLAIMS THAT THERE ARE SOME VIRUSES..
MAY I ASK GM MTNL TO REPLY ON THIS .. WHAT TOOL LINEMAN HAS TO PROVE THE VIRUS..
LINE MAN HARDLY KNOW HOW INTERNET WORKS, THE ONLY THING HE CAN DO IS MEASURING VOLTAGE AND CURRENT IN THE LINE .. THEN HOW HE CAN CLAIM FOR THE VIRUS.
LINEMAN IS JUST MAKING FOOL AND CREATING A BIG TROUBLE FOR ME. AS I AM ABROAD AND INTERNET IS MY LIFE TO CONNECT TO MY FAMILY.
