I got information by dialing 1502 from my mtnl phone, regarding free garuda post paid FWP (fixed wireless phone) under the scheme “Landline FW Plan”. They said me to visit mtnl sanchar hut at Idgah (near filmistan) Delhi, for getting the garuda number. It’s quite far from the place I stay. I went there on 15-09-08. I waited on the counter for an hour, filled the form and then came to know that the person whom the form was to be submitted was absent. I went to the officers room, I met Mr. Sharma who told me the FWP set I want is not available in stock. I would request you to enquire in detail about the case so that the customer is not misled.
