Internet service not working

Dear sir,

Iam having brodband service through land line tel.no.28200013 and I have been trying to complaint through land line & mobile your staff are not responding to the call for the last one month.

I now request you to look into the matter and start the internet at the earliest. and see that your account department wont charge for the same for not giving the service.
