DEAD Phone

I submit my complaint to you on 1-4-09, I also complaint to MTNL office at Borivali (W) & then phone was in order. Subsequently there was a call from their office on 3-4-09 by a lady who has some hot coversation with somebody & then phone goes again dead till today. From outside I made a complaint on 198 today the docket No is 5030, The phone is still in dead condition, My contention of playing mischief is therefore suportted. Kindly look in to the matter so that I am not get affected with their poor services.
