Mtnl broad band is dead

Dear Sir/Medem,

i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is 011-22960356 in sadat pur extn, karawal nagar, north east area delhi. This telephone was dead from last 30 days and i have logged complaint many times around 10 times on 1504 but response is zero and also contact this no. 22967824 area manager, So, no body helping me. Please provide me proper initiatives so that these people don't try to ignore other persons.
