MTNL / POST PAID CONNECTION
Never Received Bill and connection suspended

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Bindu Devi from Mohan Nagar, Uttam Nagar (New Delhi).

I took MTNL post paid connection on November Ph No.-9868216186

But till date i never received a single bill from company. I visited District Centre, Poshangipur, Naraina, Harinagar, EidGah MTNL Office and lodged complaint but every time they assured me that they will send bill to my address. But i never received bill and now they disconnect the service. I also deposited Rs 1100 at the time of connection.By this i faced a big problem in my business.

So kindly take appropriate action against it.
