I availed of MTNL triband service on my residence number and opted for 849 NU plan. Initially for 3 months speed was good but suddenly since july 08 the speed began going down drastically. As on date the speed as checked on MTNL website is only 100 kbps. Since last six months i am complaining to them and following up with their pathetic and rude staff and as always the reply is " ho jayega". One engineer told me that due to NU plan the speed was slow so I changed the plan and still there is no difference. I think all Triband complainants should lodge a case against MTNL and ask for a full refund since it cannot evenb offer a basic speed of 256kbps as described by TRAI. all nos given by them are either busy or not answered including 24361221 (for speed) 26558500 (gm)
