Hello...
I have been using Mtnl for the last 6 months... I'm using the Combo plan unlimited@599 with 256 kbps internet speed. Since I m using the connection I never get the speed for which I m paying every month even the connection is also not stable it disconnects after 5 or 10 minuets and the speed which I'm getting is very low speed of 20 - 25kbps. I got the connection cause I was thinking the MTNL services may be improved now but I am very much disappointed knowing that still nothing is changed. its really very irritating. I have no idea what you people do. But please there are enough complain in this forum. Please take some action. We would be very greatful.
