Service Delay for a long time

Dear Concern,

I ahve surrendered my mobile phone at Accel frontline ltd at greams road a month before (24/09), but still i am unable to trace my instrument and they are not giving any responsible answers, whenver i am trying to call them they wont lift the phones or they keep the phones down for a long time.

Because of their laziness i am getting the hit in work, please help me to get the instrument in perfect condition ASAP
