I bought an MTS M Blaze device (No. 9143952275) on 30th May from Bigbazzar, Saltlake. From the very starting I never got any internet speed which could be termed as broadband and resembles only 1X connection (Download/ transfer speed around 7kbps). I filled three complaints on 17.8, 29.8 (Complain No. AUG/433895 and on 31.8.2010 (complain No AUG/460617). After several calls being made I was told that my area (FD Block, Saltlake) which being situated beside Central Park is a prime area does not fall under the Broadband are zone. It was not mentioned when I bought in form the very area where I reside (Saltlake). They should take back my device and return the amount that I spent unnecessarily upon purchasing their device. Otherwise I shall explore all actions (both legal and effort on personal level to make others aware) which I feel is just and necessary.
