Poor Speed

I am not satisfy with this MTS connection.

It was told to us that company provides more than 3 mbps speed, but actually we are not getting till 1.

My MTS connection speed is extremely poor... MDN no. 8459852354

Hope you will take any action to resolve this running issue.
