The undersigned is holding 300 shares in Mukand Engineers Ltd since 1995. The company has defaulted in payment of dividends since April. The last was received in Oct 1999 vide envelope no. 38933, folio no. DP ID No. Clinet No. A06524 Warrent No. 0002822. Even the annual reports have stopped since April.
When brought to the notice of the Company Secy Mr. P.R. Dhurva on 16.06. he wrote back saying the company has not made any profits since 2000 and hence no payments!
