Oadband not connect

I am using your broadband services but since last 20 days our broadband connection is not connecting due to same fault, we have lodge our complaint at you concern office and they have given complaint no 1726 on dt 09/07/08 and 2088 dt.16/07/08 but there is no response from your deptt. We request you to kindly take the matter urgent basis and do the needful.
