We have bought an bandsaw machine from this conmpany at a price of 5 lacs approx. & from the first day the machine
start giving problems than after contacting several times they didn't respond when the machine stop working they send
their engineer to repair the machine with a CONDITION THAT WE SHOULD SEND AN RTGS OF RS.9000 TO THEIR ACCOUNT FIRST & issue us an invoice of RS.20, 000 as a service charge plus they charge for the spares extra being the machine in warranty even than their machine cannot work at all.
