In my first meeting with him, he looked really decent person with a good control on English/Hindi spoken language. I was impressed with the deal he offered me and the way he helped me in negogiations
with the seller. He showed me all property documents and finally I decided to buy property. But after 2-3 days I came across that the property has some problems and told him (dealer) that this property is not good and has some porblems so I would not want to go ahead but he started misbehaving with all abusive language and threatened me that he will not let me buy any other house in Gurgaon as he knows a lot of dealers...
I am posting this so that people can read upon and don't get trapped in this dealers (Rajat Pruthi) sugar coated language...
