Auto 20% more charge

Hi,

I travel from Kandivali, Mumbai to Andheri, Mumbai and have been doing that for last 4 years. I have fought many a richshawallas on fares, sometimes successful. The latest is MH-02-UA-2841, who charged me Rs 74/- instead of a regular Rs 62/- and has the blunt to say go complaint the officers are useless and won't do anything to me. It sad it come to this, but I would continue my blacklist of ricshaw's.
