GOLD CAB SERVICE MONEY SWINDLING RACKET

I registered for GOLD CAB Service after paying advance of Rs. 5000.00 Rs. 250 additional to one driver, and was told that i could use the amount for as long as possible and the cab will be provided at an hrs notice.

Initially for first 20 days the service was good, however, i did not receive any voucher booklets (which help customers keep record of utilisation of advance). Slowly i started losing track of payments as even the drivers did not have the booklets. After repeated followups with the call center, and the team leader (jitendra- who i learnt a couple of days back that he duped many customers and is no more with Gold Cab) i still did not get any confirmations of my account. I also stopped getting good service despite my bookings been taken, the drivers would not come, or the car would break down, or there were no cabs available at all at any of the times that i called from any where.

Last week again i called their call center for a booking when i was abruptly told that i can no more use my balance & that has been forfieted. They also told that the previous call center manager (Jitendra) was a cheat and he has manupalated many other customer accounts. (how do i care!!)

I tried to speak to the owner of the service at the number given in the booking receipt, but he seems to be bigger that president of India, nobody can reach him. Then i escalated the complaint to the OPS manager (thats what he called himself) Mazhar Ansari. He offered me to continue with the service and utilise remaining approximately Rs. 2800. He also confirmed that they have kept no records of customer activity- either payment or utilisation. There have been frauds in the company. And employees have duped many customers. He also allotted me a relationship manager Rizwan for my account and who would take my bookings.

After all this drama, i asked for a cab yesterday by giving a four hours advance notice. The cab was to reach me by 630. At 545 p.m. the driver confirmed that he was on way. I explained the route to him as nobody bothered to give him the address from the call center of his own company.

When he did not call or even pick up any of my calls between 6- 630 p.m. i started calling the relationship manager. He also did not pick up his phone, as he was BUSY (where, when not busy doing his job??). Then i got a call from driver at 745 who abused GOLD CAB (gold cab driver abusing his employer), tod me to take MERU or normal cab, kept on abusing the call center people and the gold cab management. I had to keep the phone on him. I was left in lurch, once again thanks to gold cab, and missed very imprtant meeting. This has happened every time in the last two months that i have asked for GOld.

I WANT TO LODGE COMPLAINT OF SWINDLING MY MONEY, POOR SERVICE LEADING TO REPUTATION LOSS, & CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS WITH USELESS PROMISES.

I ALSO WANT ALL THE OTHER PROSPECT CUSTOMERS OF DAILY CAB SERVICES TO BE WARY OF GOLD CAB, AS THE PLACE IS FULLOF CROOKS AND FRAUDSTERS. THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN BEHIND BARS FOR CHETING SO MANY CUSTOMERS AT A TIME. BASICALLY, THERE IS SOME CROOK WHO IS RUNNING THIS SHORT TIME BUSINESS TO DUPE PEOPLE. HE SHOULD BE ARRESTED.

I WANT NOT JUST MY BALANCE BACK (RS. 2800) BUT ALSO THE VALUE OF BUSINESS & REPUTATION THAT I LOST ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS WHEN GOLD CAB FAILED TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO ME.
